By creating a TravelWise account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use TravelWise.
TravelWise is a travel planning application that helps you organize trips, flights, hotels, rental cars, dining reservations, itineraries, budgets, packing lists, travel documents, photos, and journal entries. The service includes features such as the PTO Optimizer, trip sharing, booking email import, calendar synchronization, and AI-assisted travel planning.
TravelWise requires a paid subscription to access the full application. We offer two billing plans: • Monthly Plan: $12.00 per month, billed automatically each month. • Annual Plan: $99.00 per year (a 31% savings compared to monthly), billed automatically each year. All subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. Cancellation stops future billing — you retain full access until the end of your current billing period. Prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change with prior notice. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice. Payments are processed by Whop, our third-party payment provider.
TravelWise does not offer a free trial. All subscriptions require payment from the first billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents your subscription from renewing at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to TravelWise until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us through the support channels in your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account • Keep your account information up to date • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Not share your account credentials with others • Not use TravelWise for any unlawful purpose Each user can only access their own private travel data. Shared trips are read-only and only accessible via a link you explicitly generate.
You agree not to: • Use TravelWise to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content • Attempt to access other users' data without authorization • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service • Use automated systems to access TravelWise in a way that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of TravelWise
TravelWise, including its design, features, and content, is the intellectual property of TravelWise. You retain all rights to the travel data, photos, and journal entries you upload to the service.
TravelWise integrates with third-party services including Whop (payments), Google (calendar and email), and public holiday and currency APIs. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of these third-party services. You are subject to the terms and privacy policies of these services when using their features.
TravelWise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TravelWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. You are responsible for verifying all travel information stored in TravelWise, including flight times, reservation details, and visa requirements. TravelWise is a planning tool and does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party information such as flight statuses or holiday dates.
You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your travel data, documents, and trip history will be permanently deleted. If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled, and you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or if we determine that your use of the service poses a risk to other users or to TravelWise.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of TravelWise after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
